This is my understanding on what's going with this jerry springer episode through member's comments and other information gathered since posting the Essien baby article.
1. Nadia is a Muslim and Essien didn't want to "convert" so he broke up with Nadia. I thought Nadia had always proclaimed to be Christian but in fact she is a Muslim? Why should she be ashamed of her religion?
2. The baby mama of Essien lives in a rented Apartment and her name is Laila. So with all that pounds Essien, you can't buy or build the mother of your child a house? ..hmmmm….
3. Essien is a scrooge. Don't think by Dating Essien, You are automatically set because this guy doesn't give money away.. they say he will rather "buy" you something "useless" than give you physical cash.
4. Mama Essien controls Essien. Well she kind of have the right because she struggled with him.
5. Essien was married to Dela contrast to Us all thinking they were just "dating". Essien however left Dela for Nadia and apparently Dela is now filing for Divorce in Ghana.
6. A name that keeps popping up from user's comment is the name "Akosua PUNI". Apparently she is a real "town bike"..If you have more info on her, email me.
7. Why is Nadia going around still saying she is engaged when she has been dumped a long time ago (confused) or she has already moved on? (more confused)! !
