Nadia Buari calls it childish, Van statement that he “never dated her.” In a recent interview on Ghanaweb.com. Van described his relationship with Nadia as mere casual.

“We were close, now we are not so close and that is the truth. We were close because we started acting together way back in Ghana and we were paired up a lot of times. I think for the first five movies I did, she was there and so, we became close.”

An African Star tipster who is very close to Nadia leaked that “she’s really upset that Van mentioned her name in trying to prove nothing happen between them. My friend told me that he, Van, has no business talking about something that already past” she said.

 “Nadia wanted to keep it a secret but Van coming out in public to make these allegation is something my friend didn’t really appreciates,” She said.

As to why people think he went out with Nadia, not Jackie, Van said, “I didn’t get close to Jackie like that because Jackie was always. You know it was usually Nadia and I that were having the love thing going,” how close they became he failed to explained.

 Our tipster also narrated that after the award show in New York in 2008, Van and Nadia went in the same hotel room and they were all alone in the hotel for the whole night. “When I came about two hours later that night, I saw the love candle was light and I saw two persons standing under the shower with a tower on the floor. Van can’t stand in my face and say he wasn’t the one under that shower?”

For now, Nadia is going through some personal tough times after been dumped by her footballer boyfriend Michael Essien for cheating, coupled with an allege sex video with a Nigerian business man.
