At last, Ini Edo has pushed shame aside and
entangles herself into a
‘make-we-do-en-chop-chop marriage’ to her long
time lover and divorcee Phillip Ehigwina. The
whereabouts of the wedding was kept in utmost
secret but rumor blew the news to Phillip’s ex
wife, Ruth in Washington DC, U.S.A who stormed
Nigeria looking for his baby’s daddy wanted by a
D.C court for child support.
“I go disturb that useless wedding and make sure
that bastard pay for his deeds and thunder fire
that pastor who will officiate such a useless
wedding.” Ruth said to reporters shortly before
heading for Nigeria.
When Ini Edo overheard that Ruth was heading to
Nigeria looking for her ex-husband, she told her
friends, “make we do en fast now” but it was too
late, Ruth had already descended in Nigeria and
was desperately looking for Ini and Phillip. It
was only then that the wedding was transfer from
the luxury Hilton Hotel in Downtown Lagos to the
actress impoverish hometown. “Na traditional
wedding we de do now, I no wan trouble for my
husband oh,” Ini told a local Newspaper in
Lagos.
