The star actor refuted the
rumors in a telephone message
left on the cell phone of
the African Star’s Managing
Editor over the weekend.
Rumors about the secret love
affairs spread after both
stars appeared hand in hand
at an award ceremony in
Brooklyn, New York recently.
A source hinted Star at the
time that the two film stars
from Ghana were seeing each
other during the course of
the event and both shared
the same apartment in New
York.
There were also
speculations that he puts on
an unusual smile and hides
his wedding ring during the
course of the award
ceremony, all because of Buari.
However, in a telephone
message to the Managing
Editor of the African Star,
Van Vicker described the
rumors, which was also
published by the Star as
“untrue.”
“Where you guys got your
story from on Nadia and
Van…. that’s so untrue.
Don’t write things you don’t
know about cause that is
absolutely not true,” Vicker,
in a quite voice said in the
telephone message without
elaborating further.
Both Nadia and Vicker were
honored and they received
awards for outstanding
performances in movies at
the Marriot Hotel in New
York.
